The balance of the flavour, colour and aroma is the key to produce an olive oil of very high quality. Our olive oils are produced under cold extraction, directly from fresh olives and solely by mechanical means. No mixed oils.

From the birth place of olive oil, the island of Crete, we produce CRETOLIA. Our olive oil is certified as Extra Virgin.
The balance of the flavour, colour and aroma is the key to produce an olive oil of very high quality. CRETOLIA is produced by cold extraction from the renowned “Koroneiki” variety of Cretan olives. The olive oil from Koroneiki olives has a full and pleasant taste that complements any dish when added raw or in the cooking process. CRETOLIA is tolerant to high temperatures, therefore suitable for stir frying too.
It has low acidity considering the full taste of the source (Koroneiki olives) which ranges between 0.3 to 0.5.
